Yes. Our boxes are designed for a wide range of children. There are 4 age-appropriate options to choose from: The Little Tot Box, The Preschool Box, The Easy Readers Box, and The Elementary Box. You can choose the box option that is best for your child's age and reading level.
Our monthly subscriptions start at $19.99. You can save $10 by choosing a 3-month month prepay plan. Get a FREE box when you sign up for a 6-month subscription.
Each monthly box is shipped on the 25th of the prior month. You will typically receive your box within 3-5 business days. Example: June boxes are shipped on the 25th of May. * Shipping delays due to COVID-19 could affect shipment/delivery dates.
Monthly subscriptions will be charged at sign-up, and on the 15th monthly. Prepay (3-month or 6-month) subscriptions will be charged at sign-up and on the 15th of the month when your subscription is scheduled to renew. All customers will receive a courtesy reminder before the card on file is charged for renewal.
Yes. Click the "Give a Gift" tab or select the gift option during checkout. Please note that boxes are only shipped once a month. Gifts should be ordered during the previous month to ensure timely delivery. Example: If the child's birthday is on July 9th, order the box before June 15th.
No. All books are new, in excellent condition. Some books may have a small dot or line on the edge. This has been added by the distributor to indicate a price markdown. The Storytime Box will only offer high-quality, new materials in our boxes.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before it renews. Monthly subscriptions renew on the 15th of every month. Cancellation requests that are received before the renewal date will be honored immediately and customers will not be charged for the following month. Prepaid subscriptions (3-month or 6-month) can also be cancelled before the next renewal date. However, this will not cancel any remaining months/shipments within that subscription period. Ex.: Customer purchases a 3-month subscription in July and cancels in August. The subscription will continue until September and will not renew in October.
We do not issue refunds for subscriptions unless items are lost, missing or damaged. Please be mindful about the subscription length that you feel is best for you. Customers will receive a renewal reminder 2 days before any renewal charges are processed. Please make sure that your email address is current and active in order to receive any reminders about your subscription.
